Focus & Scope
Social Justice for all Indonesian people is a state ideal that must be realized through various research-based or independent community service activities. It is realized to create a society that is equal and fair justice, independent and prosperous based on the values of the rule of law, democracy and human rights. Some focus on the dissemination of community service results, namely:
Legal Empowerment is a form of community empowerment that strengthens grassroots justice. Community service programs can be in the form of constitutional education, strengthening understanding of legal advocacy, paralegal education, legal awareness village assistance, community organizing through various socializations and community legal awareness assistance.
Social Empowerment is a form of community empowerment that aims to achieve a harmonious and equal social order. The service program can be in the form of family resilience education, poverty alleviation, strengthening the existence of remote indigenous communities, and others.
Political Empowerment is a form of community empowerment that aims to realize political equality and awareness. Service programs can include political education, election education, anti-corruption education, anti-money politics village assistance, and others.
Human Rights and Gender Empowerment is a form of community empowerment that leads to education and strengthening of human rights, awareness and equality of women (Gender Equality). Service can be in the form of human rights education and assistance for marginalized women and others.
Economic empowerment and service articles related to economic justice empowerment issues, for example formation of creative economic communities, empowered communities that are independent and prosperous.
Also, other empowerment programs are related to increasing understanding/education in other social humanities fields, such as assistance for abandoned children and poverty.
