Open Access Policy

Everyone has the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of all articles in the SJE Journal. The journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that all article data is freely available to the public. This open access supports the enhancement and greater global exchange of academic knowledge and, in particular, contributes to the intellectual life of the global community.
