Withdrawal

Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts. It is a waste of valuable resources that the editors and reviewers have spent to process the manuscript, even the time and cost incurred by the publisher. However, authors may apply for manuscript withdrawal if there is no update on the review's progress after three months.
